Wish… (Poem)

Wish——>Click for PDF version. (Has preferred formatting.)

Given a choice,
Anything I want,
I’d choose my voice.
That’d be the start,
Of reclaiming my broken heart.
I do understand.
You’ll never believe,
All I needed was for you to hold my hand.
That could have been the start,
Of saving my most important part.
What he took,
I didn’t seek.
Glorified crook,
Now broken and meek,
Because you let them take away my voice,
Let him steal away my choice,

My vain protector,
How could you,
Twisted Defector,
Now I rue,
Vitreous infector,
The day we were two.
